數天前我翻閱今天的主日讀經，駭然發覺《讀經一》是亞巴郎從命獻子 (創 22:1-18)，而福音選讀耶穌顯聖容 (谷9:2-10)，我頓時想起我在2月27日的經歷，不斷反思為何 (我在這裡! (依58:9)」會使我勾起撒慕爾三次對厄里說的話：「你叫了我，我在這裡」(撒上3) ，如果不是遇上今天的《讀經一》，我將記不起信德之父也曾以「我在這裡！」回應上主。或許，天主想藉這事件告戒我，我就如撒慕爾，只是一個小朋友，未能辨別天主的召叫，不知道要答說：「請上主發言！你的僕人在此靜聽。」(撒上3:10)
今早參與感恩祭，范神父問我們：「在《創世紀》第22章有一聖經金句，在主日讀經中刪掉了，你們知道是什麼嗎？」我立刻對 Ita 說：「上主自會照料」。神父接著問：「在舊約中，除了亞巴郎外，你們能舉出同樣以「我在這裡！」回應上主的兩個人嗎？全場鴉雀無聲，我細細聲向 Ita答說：「我只知道撒慕爾。」忽然神父在遠遠的讀經台上說：「想『遠』少少可以嗎？是梅瑟 (出3:4) ，還有的是撒慕爾」。的確，我要把眼光放『遠』少少。神父由梅瑟講到耶穌顯聖容，展示了大博爾山教堂內的壁畫，重申耶穌以四個不同的容貌向我們顯現，就是 (1) 降生成人的嬰孩耶穌；(2) 除免世罪的天主羔羊；(3) 死而復活的天主聖子；(4) 聖體聖事。我們願意背起自己的十字架追隨主耶穌嗎？
